For 44 years, I have danced and moved through the textures of life's forces. I have flowed from kitchens to theatre stages, learning through each experience while sharing my practice with people of all ages. I weave motherhood and everyday gestures together with the discoveries that emerge through art. Fifteen years ago, I founded FLOWA: an ever-flowing river for anyone who is thirsty, first and foremost, for myself. I offer regular online FLOWA training, as well as in-person sessions in Ticino, Fribourg, Zurich, and wherever there is a need.

Through learning international and folk dances, I have experienced many different textures of movement. In FLOWA, I continue to explore and rediscover these textures and the joy of moving, with a deeper, more refined, and organic awareness of the tissues of my body.

After years of searching for a physical activity that would connect joy and movement, I discovered FLOWA training shortly after retiring. It was love at first sight. A new adventure. A new training. A real challenge! Since then, I’ve been offering this activity as a path to prevention, joy of living and shared relationships in Martigny, in Valais, in a century-old Atelier that has welcomed blacksmiths, florists and a stylist (me!), and that now vibrates with the vitality of FLOWA training.

FLOWA brings me new perspectives, offering me the opportunity to discover different bodily and human horizons by deepening movements I already know or, on the contrary, by stepping completely outside my familiar patterns and ways of moving. It is a space that teaches me to stay connected to myself while remaining connected to others, and to let go in order to welcome the inputs that help me grow and deepen my movement. I take all the movements, concepts and metaphors that FLOWA offers with me and integrate them into my everyday life, allowing the juice, energy and vitality to keep circulating through me continuously.
