Dissolving traditional dicotomy
The FLOWA training is situated in an intermediate space between mechanics and kinetics, sensoriality and imagination, proprioception and symbolic construction. It does not propose a privileged path for accessing movement; rather, it constructs a field in which different neural and bodily strategies can coexist and transform. The training works simultaneously with physical principles, such as gravity, weight, horizontal forces, and momentum, and with perceptual and imaginative

A call of freedom into accuracy
At the first encounter with FLOWA a kind of almost irresponsible freedom can emerge. There is no task to execute well, no form to reproduce correctly, no formal objective to reach. Identity & Authenticity
In FLOWA training, I don’t practice who I am. I train to encounter what I don’t know yet. Through movement, language, and imagination, I use forms not to define myself, but to slip through them. To let them open, distort, dissolve, until something unexpected begins to move you. Training the unknown as a precise act. Letting the body arrive before meaning. Identity is what I was before, Authenticity is what I will be and I don't know yet.
