If everything already exists, my limitation is my power

Let us take those small flat sliding puzzles, where inside a frame there is an image divided into a grid, into small squares, with one always missing; in order to recompose the image, the squares are slid around. Without that missing space, no piece could move.
If one of the conditions for life is precisely the potential difference between full and empty, how can vitality exist in a space that is already full?
Living is without doubt an experience of participation. I take part. Not the whole: a part. A limited space of the whole, where otherness take part as well. In this case, emptiness is a matter of perspective; it is not ontological. To take part also presupposes not knowing. A not-understanding that makes relationship possible and generates the movement that draws us toward the other.
In FLOWA training we practice becoming aware of this being-part-of-a-whole, and experience it through movement.
In FLOWA we move remembering that every time we set ourselves in motion, we leave a space that becomes potential for something else, for others. Every time we choose a trajectory, we free others, and generate potential. We use disequilibrium and gravity, a sense of falling, making a concrete experience of emptiness.
Those who participate in the trainings are invited to make an act of trust. They experience that the potential of being guided does not lie in the place of arrival, but in the pleasure that arises when you entrust yourself to what you do not know and find yourself capable of unexpected things, crossing your own limits. The trainer as well is called to be guided by the participants. He or her is required not to prepare a predefined path, but to prepare for listening, to be able to grasp what emerges. Guides and participants, in FLOWA, are animated and moved by what they do not yet know.
Through FLOWA training we acquire tools to be guided by others and by ourselves, in a never-ending journey, passionate and in love with existence, where boundaries are not rigid, because the unknown is not frightening: it allows life itself.
